Each month I host a free 'Journaling for well-being' workshop. It's 30 minutes of support and inspiration for your journaling practice. We focus on two techniques:
1 - Wild writing, a free-style journaling method.
2 - Utilising guided prompts around a particular theme.
The theme for the session was 'focus on you'.
In the midst of daily responsibilities, it’s easy to lose sight of your inner world - this true connection to what is now, in this present moment. Take a minute to pause and reconnect with yourself. This morning’s journaling session focused on honouring your thoughts and feelings of where you are now. If you missed the live workshop, you can catch up on the recording or the prompts below.
Your journaling prompts
What is true for you right now?
How can you act more in alignment with your true self today?
What personal need is currently being neglected and how could you nurture it?
What would give you meaning this week?
What belief is holding you back? And what new belief would help you to fly?
Underline one insight you have found most meaningful today.
'Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean me first; it means me too'
Next month, my free journaling workshop takes place on 3rd February and is focused on the theme of discovering self-love. You can register here.
Alternatively, you can download my free journaling toolkit to get you started.
