Each month I host a free 'Journaling for well-being' workshop. It's 30 minutes of support and inspiration for your journaling practice. We focus on two techniques:
1 - Wild writing, a free-style journaling method.
2 - Utilising guided prompts around a particular theme.
The theme for the session was 'discovering self-love'.
Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and possibility. It’s a time when nature awakens from its slumber, and we too can invite fresh energy and intentions into our lives. This journaling session was an opportunity to explore your ‘spring awakening’ - shedding the old, embracing the new, and blooming into your fullest self. If January wasn’t your time to set intentions, your time could be now. If you missed the live session, you can catch up on the recording or the prompts below.
Your journaling prompts
What do I want to shed or leave behind?
What parts of myself or my life feel ready to blossom this spring?
What inspires me about spring, and how can I bring that inspiration into my daily life?
If I were planting a garden for my personal growth, what would I plant, and why?
What’s one small, meaningful action I can take this week to align with the spirit of renewal?
Who can I share this new mindset with in order to build accountability?
“Life meanders like a path through the woods. We have seasons when we flourish and seasons when the leaves fall from us, revealing our bare bones. Given time, they grow again.” Katherine May

Next month, my free journaling workshop takes place on 8th April and is focused on the theme of beating overwhelm. You can register here.
