This year, The Gold in You comes with a seasonal theme inviting you to pause and take time out for yourself and consider how to move forward with intention. It is a time to see that you are worthy, you are uniquely wonderful and you matter - just as you are. Together we will ground deeply into our intuition, connecting body and mind and from here we'll continue into guided exercises designed to support your self-discovery, reflection and intention setting.

I am delighted to welcome Lisa Broad (Yoga Bright) to TGIY this year who will be leading a gorgeous gentle yoga practice which will enable us to settle into ourselves and listen to our inner wisdom.

Group coaching is hugely beneficial as it gives a sense of community, connection and of belonging as well as sparking new ideas. It also means coaching can be more accessible and cost effective for each individual, particularly for those trialling coaching for the first time.

This intimate event takes place at the inspirational setting of The Lodge, Duxford*. On 15th March 2025, the event will start at 9.30am and end at 3pm, with everything you need included;
